The surfacing division in partnership with Ducron Construction completed a project to widen two roads surrounding the National Grid Substation and resurface the entire 2500 m2 of access roads.

All site personnel were required to obtain the National Grid safety awareness certificate before the works could commence , we then carried out a variety of civil engineering works, such as excavation to the correct levels, laying of the sub-base and kerbs before finally laying binder and plane out and overlay the access roads.
